مقدمة عن تاريخ مصر

يقسم المؤرخون تاريخ الإنسانية إلى عصور ، فهناك عصر ما قبل التاريخ والعصور التاريخية ، أحداث التاريخ بالسنين والقرون ، والقرن يساوى 100 سنة ، ويلاحظ أن حساب السنين قبل ميلاد سيدنا "عيسى " عليه السلام يسير باتجاه يتناقص فيه عدد السنوات ، أما بعد الميلاد فإنه يسير فى اتجاه يتزايد فيه عدد السنوات .

يكفي تاريخ مصر فخراً أن عصوره المختلفة شهدت وفود العديد من الرسل والأنبياء عليهم السلام ، كما أن تاريخ مصر فيه العظة والعبرة لبني الإنسان لأن القدماء المصريين أدركوا لأنفسهم حقيقة الموت وأن الإنسان مهما بلغ من معرفة ومهما عاش من سنين فإن مصيره الموت ولن يبقى من تاريخه سوى كلمات تعبر عنها النقوش والكتابات والوثائق المختلفة .

كانت لمصر حضارة ومدنية منذ فجر التاريخ وكان لغيرها من شعوب الشرق حضارات ومدنيات ، وكما أعطت مصر لغيرها أخذت منهم أيضا ، ولكن كان لمصر دائما طابعها الشخصي فالحضارة أصيلة في وادي النيل و قد تطورت وازدهرت مما اثّرعلي ما تعاقب بعدها من حضارات ، كما تقع مصر بموقع جغرافي متميز يربط بين قارتي آسيا وإفريقيا ويرتبط بقارة أوروبا عن طريق البحر الأبيض المتوسط ، كل هذا أدى إلى قيام حضارة عرفت بأنها أقدم حضارة في التاريخ البشري .

من الناحية الجغرافية ، تقع مصر عند ملتقي قارات العالم القديم : افريقيا – أسيا – أوروبا .. تطل على بحرين هما : البحر الأحمر والبحر الأبيض المتوسط ، وتشرف على خليجين هما خليج السويس وخليج العقبة ، وعلى  أرضها تجرى قناة السويس أحد الممرات المائية الدولية الهامة .  تقع مصر فى الركن الشمالي الشرقي من قارة أفريقيا.. يحدها  من الشمال البحر المتوسط بساحل يبلغ طوله 995 كم .. ويحدها شرقا البحر الأحمر بساحل يبلغ طوله 1941 كم .. ويحدها فى الشمال الشرقي فلسطين وإسرائيل بطول 265 كم.. ويحدها من الغرب ليبيا علي امتداد خط بطول 1115 كم ..  ويحدها جنوبا السودان بطول 1280 كم.

تضع مصر احدى قدميها فى القارة الاسيوية ، رغم انتمائها لقارة أفريقيا التى يتدفق منها أيضا نهر النيل .. شريان الحياة لشعب  مصر .

وارتباطاً بهذا الموقع الجغرافى المتميز ، كانت مصر بمثابة البرزخ الذى مرت عبره الديانات السماوية الثلاثة ، كما كانت الملتقى للتفاعل الحضارى بين الشرق والغرب ، وبين الشمال والجنوب ، وعلى أرضها تلاقت وتواصلت الحضارات الفرعونية ، والإغريقية ، والرومانية ، والقبطية ، والإسلامية .. وصولاً الى العصر الحديث .

فتواصلت مصر عبر البحر المتوسط مع الحضارات الاوروبية المتعاقبة ، وظلت فى الوقت نفسه جزءاً من عالم الجنوب ، تعيش قضاياه وسعيه الدائم من أجل التنمية والتقدم .فى الوقت نفسه ، وبحكم مكانتها فى العالم الاسلامى ، ظلت مصر على مر القرون ، منارة إشعاع للفكر والحضارة الإسلامية ، مجسدة قيم الاعتدال والتسامح والتعايش التى تمثل جوهر التعاليم الاسلامية .

فى منطقتها العربية تضطلع مصر بدور ثقافي وفكرى وسياسى كبير ، وتتحمل نصيباً مهما من السعى نحو الاستقرار والسلام والتقدم والنهضة فى العالم العربى والشرق الاوسط. ولاشك أن هذا الموقع  الجغرافى بأبعاده الحضارية والإنسانية كانت له انعكاساته على تكوين الإنسان المصرى الذى ظل على مر العصور متمسكاً بقيم الاعتدال والانفتاح على الآخر ، والتفاعل الخلاق مع سائر الأمم والثقافات ساعياً من أجل الخير والسلام لبلاده ولكل الإنسانية .

  تنقسم تضاريس جمهورية مصر العربية إلي أربعة أقسام رئيسية :

 وادي النيل والدلتا :

يشكل وادي النيل والدلتا أقل من 4% من المساحة الكلية للبلاد أي حوالي 33000 كم2 .. ويبدأ وادي النيل جنوبا من شمال وادي حلفا حتى البحر المتوسط وينقسم إلي مصر العليا (الصعيد ) من حلفا إلي جنوب القاهرة، ومصر السفلي (دلتا النيل ) وتمتد من شمال القاهرة إلي البحر المتوسط .. ويمتد نهر النيل من الحدود المصرية جنوبا إلي مصبيه فى البحر المتوسط شمالا بطول 1532 كيلومترا تقريبا ..ويتفرع النيل شمال القاهرة إلي فرعين رئيسيين هما فرع دمياط وفرع رشيد اللذان يحصران بينهما مثلث الدلتا الذي يُعد من أخصب الأراضي الزراعية .

  الصحراء الغربية :

تبلغ مساحة الصحراء الغربية حوالي 680 ألف كيلومتر مربع بنسبة 68% من مساحة مصر تقريبا .. وهي تمتد من وادي النيل فى الشرق حتي الحدود الليبية فى الغرب ومن البحر المتوسط شمالا إلي الحدود المصرية الجنوبية ، وتنقسم إلي القسم الشمالي : ويشمل السهل الساحلي والهضبة الشمالية ومنطقة المنخفضات العظمي التي تضم واحة سيوة ومنخفض القطارة ووادي النطرون والواحات البحرية والقسم الجنوبي :  ويشمل واحات الفرافرة والخارجة والداخلة وفى أقصي الجنوب واحة العوينات .

  الصحراء الشرقية :

تبلغ مساحتها نحو 225.000 كيلو متر مربع أي بنسبة 28 % من مساحة مصر وتشمل شبه جزيرة سيناء.. وتمتد بين وادي النيل غرباً والبحر الأحمر وخليج السويس و قناة السويس شرقا ومن بحيرة المنزلة علي البحر المتوسط شمالا حتى حدود مصر مع السودان جنوبا .. وتتميز الصحراء الشرقية بوجود المرتفعات الجبلية التي تطل علي البحر الأحمر ويصل ارتفاعها إلي حوالي 3000 قدم فوق سطح البحر وتعتبر هذه الصحراء بمثابة مخزون الموارد الطبيعية المصرية من خامات المعادن المختلفة من ذهب وفحم وبترول.

  شبه جزيرة سيناء :

تبلغ مساحتها حوالي 61.000 كيلو متر مربع أي حوالي 6 % من مساحة مصر وهي علي شكل هضبة مثلثة الشكل قاعدته علي البحر المتوسط شمالا ورأسه جنوبا فى منطقة رأس محمد وخليج العقبة من الشرق وخليج السويس وقناة السويس من الغرب وتنقسم سيناء من حيث التضاريس إلي ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية هي :  القسم الجنوبي : وهو منطقة وعرة شديدة الصلابة تتألف من جبال جرانيتية شاهقة الارتفاع ، ويصل ارتفاع جبل كاترين نحو 2637 مترا فوق سطح البحر وهو أعلي قمة جبلية فى مصر .  والقسم الأوسط : وهو منطقة الهضاب الوسطي أو هضبة التيه وتنحدر أودية هذه الهضبة نحو البحر المتوسط انحداراً تدريجيا. والقسم الشمالي : وهو يضم المنطقة المحصورة بين البحر المتوسط شمالا وهضبة التيه جنوبا وهو عبارة عن أرض منبسطة ومنطقة سهلية تكثر فيها موارد المياه الناتجة عن الأمطار التي تنحدر مياهها من المرتفعات الجنوبية وهضبات المنطقة الوسطي . 

تقسم جمهورية مصر العربية وفقاً لدستور 1971 إلى وحدات إدارية تتمتع بالشخصية الاعتبارية وهى  المحافظات وعددها 26 محافظة تضم كل منها عدداً  من المراكز والمدن والقرى بعدد 217 مدينة و 4617 قرية بالإضافة إلى مدينة الأقصر ذات الطابع الخاص .تتولى وحدات الإدارة المحلية فى ضوء الخطة العامة للدولة إنشاء وإدارة جميع المرافق العامة الواقعة فى دائرتها .
